VinylScape is a personal dashboard that links your Discogs collection and Last.fm listening history so you can see what you own and what you actually play. It is provided as a free, best-effort hobby project, with no guarantee of availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.
You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. Use a real email so account recovery and important notices can reach you. You must have the right to connect any Discogs or Last.fm account you link.
VinylScape relies on the Discogs and Last.fm APIs and is not affiliated with or endorsed by either. Your use of those services is governed by their terms. We are not responsible for the accuracy of data they provide (including marketplace prices, which are estimates) or for outages on their side.
Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' data, and do not use it to violate any law or the terms of Discogs or Last.fm. We may suspend or remove accounts that do.
How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy. You can delete your account and its data at any time from Settings.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, VinylScape, including any reliance on prices, valuations, or statistics shown.
These terms may be updated; the "last updated" date will reflect changes, and continued use means acceptance. The service may be modified or discontinued at any time. You may stop using it and delete your account whenever you like.
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal and applicable EU law.
